Define a Salesforce-style inbound email service that can take raw HTML emails, extract the useful bits, and upsert enquiry records. Configure the mailbox, map email fragments to CRM fields, and we will save the rules locally so you can wire them into an upstream mail-forwarder later.

Parsing hints Selectors

Use CSS-like selectors (e.g. strong:contains("Phone")) to isolate values inside HTML.
Fallback to the plain-text body when selectors are empty; we keep the raw subject and from address too.
Map to enquiry fields, contact fields, or any custom object from the builder list.

We save the rules to your browser and render cards plus a preview payload so you can wire the mailbox in your mail gateway.
